Heavy machinery operation, particularly with skid steer loaders, requires high-level training. By purchasing Typhon equipment, the buyer acknowledges:
- Factory Manuals: Responsibility for verifying that all operators have read the factory manual and control patterns (ISO/SAE).
- Liability: Typhon Machinery assumes no liability for injuries or damages resulting from improper operation or lack of safety gear.
- OSHA Standards: Compliance with all OSHA standards and local regulations is mandatory on commercial or residential sites.
03. Product Data & Availability
We strive for accuracy regarding engine specifications (Honda, B&S, Kubota), hydraulic flow rates, and pricing. However:
- Clerical Errors: We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or technical specs even after order submission.
- Supply Chain: Equipment availability and prices are subject to change based on global logistics fluctuations.
- Hidden Costs: Listed prices exclude freight, shipping, and applicable state taxes unless explicitly stated.
04. Shipping & Logistics
Shipping a skid steer requires specialized freight. Our logistics follow strictly defined heavy-duty protocols:
- FOB Shipping Point: Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
- Unloading: The buyer must have a loading dock or heavy-duty forklift to unload the machine safely.
- Bill of Lading: You must inspect the machine for transit damage *before* signing the driver’s paperwork.
05. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Typhon Machinery be liable for downtime costs, lost profits, project delays, or rental equipment fees resulting from a machine failure. Our responsibility is capped at the repair or replacement of parts under our verified technical service protocols.
