REFUND POLICIES
Typhon Machinery | Return & Exchange Framework
01. OVERVIEW
At Typhon Machinery, we strive to ensure that every machine and industrial attachment meets our strict mechanical standards. Due to the logistical complexity of heavy equipment, our return policy is strictly enforced.
02. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
We accept returns on machinery and attachments within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following technical conditions:
- Condition: Equipment must be in new, unused factory condition.
- Hour Meter: Meter must not exceed delivery record (max 2 hours for testing).
- Integrity: No scratches, modifications, or signs of field usage.
- Documentation: All original manuals, keys, and factory paperwork included.
03. FEES & LOGISTICS
Returning heavy machinery involves significant logistical overhead. All eligible returns are subject to the following deductions:
- Restocking Fee: 15% deduction for mechanical inspection and processing.
- Freight: Customer is 100% responsible for return freight logistics.
- Shipping: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
04. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following categories are considered Final Sale and are ineligible for refund or exchange:
- Custom-ordered or modified machinery.
- Pre-owned or refurbished equipment.
- Attachments showing signs of soil contact or physical wear.
- Electrical or hydraulic wear parts ordered separately.
05. REFUND PROCESS
Upon arrival at our facility, the unit undergoes a comprehensive mechanical inspection (3-5 business days). Once cleared, refunds (minus applicable fees) are processed via original payment method or bank wire within 5-7 business days.
06. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations *before* carrier loading are refunded in full, minus a 3% processing fee. Orders that have left the facility are treated as Returns and are subject to all freight and restocking terms.
