Warranty Framework

1. Component Coverage

Our standard warranty provides for the replacement of major operational parts that fail due to manufacturing defects. As a parts-only warranty, we supply the verified factory components directly to you.

• Engine Systems: Core block and internal components for Honda and B&S gas engines, or equipped Diesel units.
• Hydraulic Intelligence: Main hydraulic pumps, drive motors, and pilot control valve blocks.
• Chassis & Structure: Reinforced steel main frame and boom arms (lifting assemblies).
• Drivetrain: Drive axles and transmission assemblies.

2. Standard Exclusions

Components that are subject to normal wear through site operation are not covered under this limited policy.

• Wear & Consumables: Tires, tracks, filters, hydraulic hoses, fluids, and grease pins.
• Operator Neglect: Damage from overloading, collisions, or failure to perform the mandatory 50-hour initial service.
• Unauthorized Modifications: Aftermarket hydraulic alterations or unauthorized engine tuning.
• Labor: Typhon provides the replacement parts; labor for installation is the responsibility of the owner.

3. 50-Hour Maintenance Rule

To maintain warranty validity, all owners must perform an Initial 50-Hour Break-in Service. This includes replacing engine/hydraulic filters and performing an 18-point pivot pin lubrication.

4. Filing a Claim

If you encounter a technical issue, follow these steps:

• Step 1: Cease operation to prevent secondary damage to the machine.
• Step 2: Email sales@typhonmachinery.com with Order Number and Serial Number.
• Step 3: Provide clear photos or video of the failed component for evaluation.
• Step 4: Upon approval, replacement parts will be shipped directly via express courier.
